Assist unattended access but remote confirmation
Hello, me and my company are looking for an alternative for TeamViewer and since we're already using Desk we wanted to first take a look at Assist.
After testing a few things with unattended remote access, we came to the conclusion that it was missing a security feature that we were asked to find.
We wanted to be able to access our customers servers with them giving their remote consent when accessing. As such sending a mail, or another method of remote confirmation, to our customers when trying to access servers would be the best, but it doesn't seem to be possible with Assist.
I know that MFA and IP based restriction are good possible but it's on our part and our customer want something that they can control without it being too much inconvenient for everyone.
Did I miss something, perhaps a parameter, or is there no way to do it ?
