We have an excel spreadsheet we use to create a Sales Quote. The Sales Quote is tied to a list of products and services. Fees are one time (or "setup") and recurring (monthly). We want this sales / quote form to be tied into Zoho CRM customer data, so that the form can be created in and emailed from CRM while pulling the critical customer data. We also want to be able to add more products and services. Zoho has a basic tool, but it doesn't work for two different types of pricing (setup vs. recurring).
