I would like to understand the attacments feature.
We use zoho sign for a project close or installation sign off. Workflow as follow.
We use a temple that we created.
Receipents -
1. me create template details
2. Tech - confirms and signs off the template BUT also adds an attachment in word or PDF which is specific to each installation.
3. Customer Sign off after check the documentation
The problem is the customer cannot see the attachment to check, they can only view the Zoho Sign template to sign. The do however get both the Zoho Sign Document and the Attachment once the signing is completed. The comment from our customer is that they want sign until they can view the attachment,
Is there a way the customer can view the attachment within Zoho sign before they sign off.
