Automated Email System

We schedule classes nationally for our contract insturctors. Class info is contained in a CRM "potential" to include the date, time, instructor name, location, sponsor of class etc. 30 days prior to each class we manually email the sponsor a press release using a template to pull in the above information. We would like to automate the manual part of this work. In other words, have the system watch the calendar and send the press release 30 days prior to class date and pull in the details.
