Need an application which can be used by up to 10 people with a goal of collecting deposit rates from banks. The scenario is as follows: A spreadsheet is uploaded with all banks general info already there (attached). The user goes to the bank's website copies brief description and updates the database. The user then finds a contact person for this bank and adds that contact to the database. finally the user goes on to find the rates specific for that bank and also updates them in this database. I've attached the specific entries I look for in a mind-map. Throughout the process the user should be able to add emails to the bank's profile in the database (or to the contacts profile in the database) The user should also be able to send a mass email to all banks in the database. the user should be able to add notes per bank and add date of last time the data was updated. Overall it's a simple blend between standard supply management tool and crm tools.
