This program is intended to streamline the procurement process.
The program would create an online form that would be accessible via a link provided by a project manager, or purchaser. The supplier or contractor to the PM or purchaser would be presented with a form that would ask them unit pricing for specific items that would be determined by a cost code set by the purchaser.
The form would include item & description, unit, cost/unit, bidder, date for which price remains in effect.
The information would then be available to the project manager so that they can see all competitive bids on the same form. The suppliers are then able to adjust their pricing once every 4 months. As they add new entries, the old entries are hidden (but saved for historical purposes and the ability to create reports).
