I am using Zoho One.
I have account and contact sync set up between CRM and Subscriptions.
Accounts and contacts are showing in Subscriptions.
Contacts have email addresses.
I start a new subscription.
I select one of the accounts.
It tells me that the email address is missing.
I manually enter it.
It says "The email address you're about to add/update already exists within the contact (Contact or associated contact persons). Make sure that the email address you provide is unique."
The client only has one email address, so there is no alternative that I can put in here.
If I add a made-up email address, after it is saved, both that made up address and a valid contact address appear for selection (with checkboxes).
I edit the sync settings.
There is no field mapping for Subscriptions and Accounts that can connect the email address.
There is no email address field in CRM at the account level.
How do I proceed?
