Cannot authenticate domain because SPF records not found

Hi,

I am trying to authenticate my domain name, however, Zoho Inventory cannot find the SPF records.

I have tried adding "v=spf1 include:eu-sender.zoho-inventory.com" then "include:eu-sender.zoho-inventory.com" as it mentions to try if you already have an spf record in dns settings. Then I tried adding both. It's now been 18 hours and still it cannot find them.

I keep receiving the error "SPF record not found. Contact your domain provider."

The DKIM record has configured successfully.

I have checked a DNS checker and the records have propagated fully.

I have also tried adding a completely separate domain registered at another provider, but it is the same, DKIM is successful, however, the SPF records cannot be found.

I have run out of ideas now. Support haven't been very helpful on chat so hopefully someone here can help.

If I cannot use my domain names with Zoho inventory then it would be a deal breaker unfortunately.
