Capturing knowledge across many channels

We actively use Cliq for client discussions, product management etc. Often there are great answers to questions or key announcements. We have no way to tag or capture them along the way. Pinning only gets us so far.

For example, imagine a product channel discussing a new workflow in the product. If someone doesn't copy/paste it elsewhere at that time, it scrolls by and becomes difficult to resurface. And at scale it's happening all over.

Looking for any clever approaches others are taking. I picture some type of 'tagging' system on the Cliq message, then being able to see all the tags for someone to then clean up. I'm playing with Notebook but even as a Zoho One client I think I have to upgrade?

Thoughts? Ideas?
