Catalogue Archive

The project is to go through archive boxes and catalogue the documents in each box. and work out if they need to be kept or destroyed. There are up to 20 docs in a box and the box is barcoded. I have built the data base but need some help with scripting. Ie how to enter 1 box number, and then add 20 documents. Also picking the project and retention policy info from a list.
