Chat Box not showing up in 2 Wordpress sites + differentiating visitor tracking

Chat Box not showing up in 2 Wordpress sites + differentiating visitor tracking

I read the other forum articles on this topic and can't find a solution.  I have two websites and two separate embeds and I am using the "float" code snippet on both sites...at least I think so.  Both sites track visitors but neither site has a chat box.  I am stumped on this one.

Related question - since I have 2 different sites, how can I tell the difference between visitors when I am tracking them.  How can I tell which website they are on.  Right now they look pretty much the same even though I am using 2 different embeds.

The 2 websites are www.iprescience.com and www.zohelp.com.
