Chat Button as slider

Is there a way to change the look of the Chat Button. We already use a HELP button that works as a slider that sticks to the right of the screen. We would like the Chat button to look the same with thext going vertical as you can see below.

Alterntively is there a way to embed the button in a Help menu?
