I like the codeless chatbot as it doesn't require any coding skills. However, I faced some very annoying issues that I believe should be fixed very soon to make the chatbot useful.
The chat transcript is automatically sent to the customer after the conversation with the bot is over. Tried different settings but nothing worked.Fixed
The chat transcript that is sent to customers and agents is ugly and contains information that shouldn't be there. For example, visitor ID.
I couldn't find a way to link between the chatbot and any calendar. Not even Zoho Calendar or Zoho Bookings. All you get is just an ugly text email that someone booked an appointment. There isn't even an ics file.
Because I couldn't link the Chatbot with a Calendar, customers can book an appointment at any time. This creates conflicts between appointments.
I couldn't even set the available hours of the day or days of the week for appointments. Some customers set an appointment at midnight!!!
The Skip button sometimes is hard to be clicked in some cases.
