I have started my commission tracker I a hand to get it to function & fine tune. What I want my database to do is to be able to is I want my reps to login through my website and input data from paper contract and upload photos. I also clients to be able to login and print off the contracts .I need to be able to receive files (excel)back from my clients by email to update data base automatically. An item to be updated is the deal status(don’t know if checkbox is the right field choice)( default... no contact) if it stays no contact the commission amounts will not be added to payroll, until the status changed (e.g the next weeks payroll but will still be shown on pay report (as “no contact”) If it is updated as verified the commission amount £ (determined in reps, managers, regional managers application) will be added to payroll and shown as verified on pay report. If it is updated as postponed I would like to be able to add a date field to this entry, and a reason field (i.e. going on holiday, cant afford at moment, undecided) if it is updated to postponed the commission amounts (determined in reps, managers, regional managers application) will not be added to payroll but will be still be shown on pay report (as “postponed”) If it is updated as cancelled, I would like to be able to add reason field(cant afford, already done, solid walls) ) if it is updated as cancelled the commission amounts(determined in reps manager regional managers application) will not be added to payroll but will be still be shown on pay report (as “cancelled”) Once the deal has been verified and the reps, managers, regional managers paid. The deal becomes in a pending state until it is updated again. If the deal is cancelled after the payroll (reason added i.e. changed mind, already done, solid wall) the deal amount paid to reps managers and regional managers will deducted from retention held. If it is updated to completed the retention % (determined in reps, managers, regional managers application) will be added I need the database to change commission due( determined in reps manager regional managers application)if the deal changes from a double deal (cavity wall and loft insulation)to a single(cavity wall or loft insulation) as one or the other may cancel, already done etc.. (I don’t know if a checkbox is the field choice for this) I also need different “this is required field” for a cavity wall deal and a loft insulation deal) and for some reason the “this is required feels and no duplicate entries” does not come up under the options I then need the database to calculate the commission due (amounts determined in reps, manager, regional managers application) minus the retention (amount % determined in reps manager regional managers application) and shown on pay report. I also need to be able to set time scale for payroll/pay report (eg. Week 1 paid on week 3 or week 1 paid on week 4) I also need the database to calculate the retention owed minus any deductions (I also need to be able to set time scale for retention payback (eg week 1 paid on week 8) Also on the contract form I keep getting “change in field position failed. Please try after some time or refresh the page and try again” Also on contract form the accessory name dropdown needs to have all active reps, managers and regional manager’s names I need the database to calculate commission to all reps, managers, regional managers and be able to group then together Any help you could give me to achieve this would be appreciated
