Community Digest: Samenvatting van Augustus 2021



Beste Community leden,

Het is alweer een maand geleden sinds we de Zoho Dutch Community hebben gelanceerd. Aan het eind van elke maand zullen wij een Community Digest met jullie delen, dit is een samenvatting van wat in er de afgelopen maand is gebeurd binnen onze Community.

Om mee te beginnen hebben wij begin deze maand onze Community leden mogen verwelkomen via het Zoho Dutch Community Forum. We kijken ernaar uit om samen met jullie de Zoho ervaring van onze Community te verbeteren!

Vol passie hebben wij Canvas voor Zoho CRM geïntroduceerd, de enige functie binnen de branche waarbij je het ontwerp van jouw CRM kunt aanpassen! Met deze ingebouwde designstudio kun je het gebruikersinterface van jouw CRM volledig opnieuw vormgeven.

Onze CX Marketing Specialist Yannick de Vries organiseerde een Webinar over Canvas, waarbij er een Live Demo werd gegeven voor deze nieuwe CRM functie. Ook hebben deelnemers vragen kunnen stellen aan onze CRM Product Specialist Vaagdevi Ravishankar. Daarnaast hebben we het eerste Ask the Experts topic geopend, dit is een online forum Q&A over Canvas voor CRM.

Om jullie op weg te helpen met Zoho Desk, hebben wij een Starterpack gedeeld met de eerste stappen die nodig zijn voor het inrichten van jouw helpdesk software. Wij kregen als feedback dat het erg prettig is om een duidelijke uitleg in het Nederlands te krijgen.

Tot slot gaven wij jullie een introductie van Zoho One! Hierin werden verschillende tips besproken om te beginnen met dit besturingssysteem.
