How to configure a Zoho SalesIQ plug-in to automatically transfer a chat when a specific message is detected?

I'm trying to create a plug-in in Zoho SalesIQ that automatically transfers a chat to a specific department when it detects a message with the text "A Macal Madeiras salesperson will contact you." I've set up an input parameter chatid, but I keep getting the error "Variable 'chatid' is not defined." Can anyone help me fix the Deluge script below?
