Create a chart using data from different components

Hello,
I'm using Zoho Creator to create an app which will be used track who's responsible for specific tasks in the company.

I have the following components with the following fields:

Component 1: tasks
  1. task name
  2. description
  3. employee in charge for the task
Component 2: employees
  1. employee name
I'd like to create a chart showing how many tasks have been assigned to each employee.

What is the proper why to do this in creator?
