Greetings. I am evaluating Zoho projects and I've paid for enterprise edition for this month in order to have full access to all features. We are playing around with it, but a key requirement is to be able to report against tasks assigned to a client ( in this case a project group since I cannot figure out clients in zoho projects), all hours billable hours worked for a month (or the current week), for example. Take the following example : a report with columns task name, billable hours, task owner, for a project
group. This last point is important, because we may have 4 projects we are working for a client in one month, and I'd like to be able to pull a report of all projects and tasks for a client.
Now, this may be possible with time sheet reports, but I don't know how to enable this feature. Even though I've upgraded to enterprise, it keeps telling me it's not available on my current plan. Since I'm on the top tier plan, I'm at a loss here.
Also, I understand there's a Zoho report module and perhaps that will allow the type of reporting I need. But overall, basically I need to be able to pull reports of worked completed for a client, where every client may have multiple projects I'm working on, and where I have various clients.
Any information pointing me in the right direction will help as the basic reporting in the report section doesn't seem to cover my requirements, and moreover it appears to be on a project per project level, as opposed to a project group level.
