We wish to build out a Requests Module for Zoho CRM which would be a repository for our different request forms and then give us a log view so that we can see the various requests by department and their status. The request page would have a pull down to select a specific departments which would have a second relational pull down that would have a few custom request forms specific to each department. We then want to be able to view the requests on a requests log page by dept with current status. One form will need to have the ability to export XML to a FTP. The rest would just need to be logged and have an email notification sent out to the appropriate dept.
