I represent a non-profit and we are currently looking for a web-based CRM solution. We accept online reservations for our events and programs and we're looking for the ability to generate registration lists by a) using zoho creator's stateless forms (in case the record already exists in our database) and b) by adding records manually from the back-end so that our team can browse through our database and see who registered for any given program. There are some additional requirements but these are the main ones. I am not a programmer and I believe there is some deluge script that needs to be written for this to work properly.
