We are a small IT business. We need a database that uses many different modules.
From on-site report entries, hardware maintenance, software licence management, CRM, IT management, Customer services, Contracting. Possibly including: Invoicing, sales. Also, iPhone access to main data and quick entry to some of the main modules.
IF there is any suggestions to where to go for this type of thing, or any relevant help, that would be great.
Budget: as stated, I believe this to be an ongoing project which would be developed with the business. Initially we would like our main modules developed, so we can start using it. The database would then grow to incorporate many other areas of the business.
Once a system is up and running, if it is possible we would like to work with you over the coming years for development. Hopefully we can build a prosperous relationship.
