I'm a newbie to Zoho CRM and currently testing out the free version.
I'm quite confused with the deal stage. In my window, I can see the following in the order:
1) Qualification
2) Need Analysis
3) Value Proposition
4) ID Decision maker
5) Proposal / Price Quote
6) Negotiation / Price Review
7) Closed Won
8) Closed Lost
9) Closed Lost to Competition
10) Identify Decision Makers
11) Close (Won)
12) Close (Lost)
My questions:
a) Can I delete stage 2,3 and 4 of the above? This is because in our own process and real life, we don't go thru these stages.
b) What is the difference between
i) ID Decision Maker vs. Identify Decision Makers - Stage 4 vs. 10
ii) Closed Won vs. Closed (Won) - Stage 7 vs. 11
iii) Closed Lost vs. Closed (Lost) - Stage 8 vs. 12
c) Seems that Stage 10-12 is a repeat.
