I am testing Zoho desk under live conditions and I've noticed that messages somtimes are delayed for quite some time. While google mail forwards them without a problem, Zoho desk often seems to process them with quite some delay.
(Example 1) A test message was sent out at 14:00 today and processed at 14:06.
(Example 2) A message forwarded to Zoho Desk was sent out at 12:50 today but never arrived in Zoho desk (but in my experience may pop up randomly in a few hours).
(Example 3) A customer reply was received by google mail at 12:43 today but never arrived in Zoho desk (but again, might pop up in a few hours).
I feel like the system itself is working great but there are quite often problems in receiving email. A system that randomly works great - or not - makes me quite nervous.
I would like to hear from other users if they experience the same problems or if their system works well all the time. Maybe it is just my account, but right now I am wondering if I should look for a different ticket system.
