Hello there! I hope someone can help. I am the leader of a Scout Group in Glasgow for young people with physical disabilities. We have just started using Zoho to get our calendar and dates etc in order, and now want to move on to the next stage, which is to build a useful Group Directory. At the moment we use Excel, but we have 4 separate meeting at the same time and so this is not a useful way to share data. We are looking for a process which allows easy input of a lot of data (including storage of scanned files, photo etc) and which can print out on a document like a spreadsheet type document. We need to be able to search for a name and bring up their record, and edit it etc. I hope someone can help us with this task! Many thanks and best wishes
