I am working on creating some standard templates for my Vert CRM.
I noticed there are only email templates and a few other "Inventory" templates that are locked. After a bit of looking around I see the Mail Merge feature is not available - which makes sense since the vertical doesn't included the productivity suite.
But since some document can be populated and created in the Vert (purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, etc), it leads me to believe it is possible to create predefined documents using zoho data.
Has anyone been doing this or have ideas for a workaround?
Use Case:
Client users need to create internal work orders for repair. They need a document to either view and acknowledge online, or print and sign. I would like to create a template for this.
