download image on input

download image on input

Does anyone know of a way to download an image field file right when it is uploaded on user input? I seem to be able to do this with a file upload field but wanted to try to do it with an image file field because I think it would be more useful for us. I would like to basically download the file in deluge once the user uploads it and then upload it to workdrive.
