We need to be able to streamline reading assessment data collected across 6 township schools in South Africa. I have started compiling the data in a zoho database. The difficulty, is that each year when the students change grades/classrooms, our teachers in South Africa - most of which have very limited technology/typing skills at this point - must re-enter the student names - however then we are unable to easily track their progress over time. We need to track names, grade, age, reading assessment data in two languages (including raw score and grade level estimate for each), and other school related info. Please describe the solutions/ideas of how to resolve the challenge.
