Ein Kunde hat mehrere Abo´s - Was ist ein Kunde?

Wir benutzen mittlerweile Zoho Subscriptiosn für unsere Software-Pflegeverträge. Bevor wir loslegten, mussten wir noch die Wahl zwischen Subscriptions. periodische Rechnung oder eine mit Creator entwickelte App entscheiden. Da in Subscriptions "durchdachte Funktionalität" vorhanden war und die Kunden Ihre Daten im Portal einsehen können, prüften wir, wir die Anwendung für unseren Business-Fall zu verwenden wäre.
Ein Produkt ist bei uns ein Software-Pflegevertrag, ein Tarif ist bei uns ein Software-Pflege-Produkt. Da unsere Software modular aufgebaut ist, gibt es einige Tarife. 
Wenn nun ein Kunde eine Software mit Software-Pflege kauft, dann kauft dieser meist nicht nur EIN Abo, sondern vielleicht ZWEI, DREI oder mehr Abo´s.

Jetzt stellten wir uns die Frage, wie viele Kunden haben einen Software-Pflegevertrag eines bestimmten Produktes. Deshalb nutzen wir die Berichte "Aktive Kunden" und "Kunden netto". In dem Bericht "Kunden netto" zum Beispiel werden zwar die Anzahl der Kunden aufgelistet, aber es ist die Anzahl der Abo´s!!
Nun stellen wir uns die Frage, meint Zoho etwas anderes unter "Kunden" oder verwenden wir Subscriptions falsch, weil es doch nur eine Abo pro Kunde geben sollte.
