I need a data base created that will pull data from our Zoho CRM (if possible) and create estimates for our commercial painting business. There will also need to be measurement information plugged into the system, the resulting data will be merged into MS word to create the proposal for the customer. The intellectual property for the system will be owned by our company and the creator of the sheet will have to sign a confidentiality agreement and forfiet the right to any future commissions on the work. I have the work currently done in excel, it just needs to be converted to zoho creator.
