We are going to be inputting contact details in Zoho CRM who have download a number of different digital information products we have developed.
We then have Zoho Campaigns set up to sync with Zoho CRM to sync contacts to a master mailing list. Then, a workflow to sub divide that master list into smaller lists and a sign up autoresponder to send them a series of emails immediately after we have added them.
In the product we have developed we are going to be inviting the contact to a separate mailing list and then use Zoho Forms to get them on that mailing list. It is not appropriate to advertise this separate mailing list in the autoresponder sign up messages.
What we are concerned about is using Zoho Forms and creating duplicate contacts as we would want the fact that the contact has signed up to this separate mailing list noted on the Zoho CRM contact record.
If anyone has any suggestions about how to achieve this without duplicating contacts, please let us know.
