We've made a few enhancements to Kiosk Studio.
Blueprints provide a structured and systematic approach to executing business processes, and you can use Kiosks to build custom capabilities to retrieve, collect, and execute actions on CRM data within a defined process. What if you can combine both of these features to execute your business process?
That's exactly what we've enabled you to do. You can now add kiosks as a mandatory action in your blueprint's transition settings. This helps create a more streamlined approach to process execution and data collection.
Consider this scenario. You're a sales manager for a financial organization that deals with personal, home, and auto loans. You've set up a blueprint to guide your sales reps in how to deal with customers through the various stages of the loan application process.
The blueprint takes customers through four stages:
- Application submission - Sales reps access the loan applications customers submit.
- Document verification - Sales reps verify the documentation submitted.
- Legal verification - Sales reps verify customers' credit history, existing loans, credit scores, and so on.
- Approval process - Based on the above processes, sales reps will approve or reject the loan application.
As the sales manager, you plan to collect the contact information of those who traverse through the blueprint. You build a kiosk called "Loan Application" that requires your sales reps to enter contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses of customers applying for loans.
Now, when you configure the during transition of the Application Submission stage, you can mandate the Loan Application kiosk to ensure your sales reps collect the contact information required, which in turn enables you as the sales manager to nurture leads, cross-sell additional financial products, and more.

In addition to the above enhancement, we've also added a few more minor enhancements.
1. Publish your kiosk in multiple places
Once you've created your Kiosk, you can now associate it to different places in your CRM directly from the Kiosk Studio. You can also view where you've associated your kiosks from this pop-up.
2. Add a kiosk to record detail view
You can add a Kiosk to a lead or contact's record detail view.

3. We've increased the number of kiosks you can create in your CRM account depending on your CRM edition.
