Files Uploaded to Zoho WorkDrive Not Being Indexed by Search Engines

Hello,

I have noticed that the files I upload to Zoho WorkDrive are not being indexed by search engines, including Google. I’d like to understand why this might be happening and what steps I can take to resolve it.

Here are the details of my issue:

  1. File Sharing Settings:
    I have shared my files using public links, making them accessible to anyone with the link. Despite this, these files are not appearing in search engine results.

  2. URL Submission for Indexing:
    I have attempted to check the indexing status of these shared links using the "URL Inspection Tool" in Google Search Console. However, I couldn’t find any clear indication of crawling or indexing issues.

  3. Robots.txt or Meta Tags Restrictions:
    I am not sure if Zoho WorkDrive has any default robots.txt configurations or meta tags that prevent search engines from indexing the files. If such restrictions exist, how can I modify them to allow indexing?

  4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Compatibility:
    Is Zoho WorkDrive optimized to make files indexable by search engines? If not, are there any specific configurations or best practices I should follow to enable this functionality?

  5. Search Engine Indexing Timeline:
    Does Zoho WorkDrive have any limitations or known delays that could affect the time it takes for uploaded files to appear in search engine results?

I would appreciate any guidance on how to ensure my files are indexed properly by search engines. If Zoho WorkDrive is not designed for this purpose, alternative suggestions would also be helpful.
