group of people to develop knowledge database, topics are diverse, each topic will be managed by by a team several people will be given admin statusand several more will be given user status to assisst. people can move between teams or work on more than one topic. topics or parts of topics can be viewed by people working on any topic or subscripers. people viewing can leave coments. if I am making sense to you so far, I will give more details later.
