Find contact using related CRM Id through the API

Find contact using related CRM Id through the API

Hi. Is there a way to find a Desk contact that has a matching CRM contact/lead id? For example, if I look at some specific Desk contact record it has the following field:

  1. "zohoCRMContact": {
        "id":"3913929000003810022",
        "type": "leads"
    }

If I know the CRM id and type, how can I use the Desk API to find this contact?
