Focus Group webinar - Revamped reports in Zoho CRM



Any sales-based organization invests heavily in sales, which obviously translates to better revenue and overall growth. But how do we track how deals progress, or estimate how they will progress, or even how they performed? Blindly investing resources into sales can easily backfire if the sales strategy doesn't work, or any other part of the sales pipeline doesn't work, all of which is contingent on reporting. Earlier this year, we revamped reporting in Zoho CRM to better track various aspects of sales efforts. Zoho CRM's revamped reports come with features that help with, 

Greater control over data - Combine multiple modules and define the association of each module. View shared entries or unique entries in two or more related modules, which lets you dissect to the last layer of a module. 

More related modules - You now have the flexibility to choose any related list that can be chosen to generate a report from the base module and combine up to 5 modules. 

Intuitive report editor - That lets you preview and customise the retrieved data. If you want to more data such as the creator of the lead or the last activity field, you can now drag that component from the interface and drop it in the report editor even before running the actual report.

Combining multiple reports - Combine multiple reports under one screen and unveil deeper insights into your CRM data to learn how they directly impact your business decisions.

        The option of cloning email templates across modules has been a long standing feature request from the Community. Thank you all for being so patient with us. We are happy to inform you all that this enhancement has been rolled out. Just in case you haven't noticed it already, cloning email templates is possible now!
