I´ve tried to add Emoticons on the Subject line of Email templates, the emoticon image does show up before saving the template or if I add the Emoticon while sending an Individual email and placing it manually on the subject line. Emoticons also show up correctly within the Emails body
Problems:
1. After the template has been saved, instead of an emoticon all i see is a "?" sign instead.
2. When sending Email Campaigns there is no option to edit the subject of that email Template, so it cannot even be added manually.
3. More than one person sends emails in our business using the templates (most are edited monthly) so it would require that they send individual emails instead of massive emails and...
4. Our team would also need to remember which emoticons goes with each Email Campaign, something we can´t rely on.
Is there a way to make this work? other Email Campaign providers do support this simple feature, I have received emails from companies like Bestbuy and they do stand out between my Promo emails.
