Form input to PDF send to customer for Zoho Sign. Possible if I revoke CRM intergration?

I have a form to be filled by customers which adds the user input to Zoho CRM which works but I would also like them to sign what they submit so I push the form data into a Zoho Writer Template producing a PDF that is automatically sent to the user when they hit submit.

The problem is that the PDF they receive doesn't allow them to sign, instead, the field names appear in the fields which should capture Name, Title, Date, and Signature.

Unfortunately, Zoho Forms only allows integration with either CRM or Sign but not both "This form is integrated with Zoho CRM. You can integrate a form with only one application at a time."

Does anyone have a workaround or another way to approach this?

Solving this would result in a substantial saving of time/effort
