French language, issue with accent

Thank you for your site.

I am French and we have some accents in our language,

No issue with accent in a ZohoWiki page.

For example, for this link, no problem:
Développement Châteauroux

But, if I want to create a new page called with the same words (including accents)
it does not work.

The page name become

DÃ©veloppement ChÃ¢teauroux

Note that my regional setting are:
Regional options: French
Location: France

Language: English (United States) - United States-International
I have also activiated the following services Chineses (PRC) and French(France)
but I used English as my keyboard is QWERTY.

My understanding is that it is not a bug but a constraint from server naming rules.
