My brother and I are the managers of a music band, a small one, usually 4 to 5 guys. We do two or 3 gigs on saturdays, and one or two sundays. we receive many inquiries which we need to be able to control efficiently on line, since we don't live together. The most important aspects for the solution we need are as follows: 1) It should be date and time oriented; meaning that more than one gig occurs on the same date. 2) I need to be able to see all the already booked gigs as well as the one's that might convert into a gig on a given date. For example all people that has inquired and booked for May 15. 3) A calendar is very important. 4) I wish to be able to determine the distance between city and city or zip code by zip code. For example if for May 15, I already have gig, from 6pm to 7pm in NYC, and some else, wants me to perform in Nyack NY at 8pm, I need to determine the distance between NYC and Nyack. If it uses mapquest, or google it would be great. 5) I need to be able to control who I paid whi I didn't, what customer sent me a deposit..etc. 6) I wish to be able to use the information i gathered from my customer to easily create a contract, or invoice. 7) Be able to open another website within the program. 8) Be able to use a web form to acquire customer information.
