Hello,
I am trying to sync a group calendar via caldav (on thunderbird calendar), but it seems to be non-functional, or at the least i am doing something wrong.
What i set up:
- In my calendar, i create a group calendar and add people to it via email address
- In the settings of that group calendar, i copy the caldav url
- In thunderbird, i added the caldav calendar with the correct credentials. Funny enough, this only shows the name 'events' when i fetch the calendars, not the name i set up for the group.
What happens:
- in the app online, i can add events etc in that group calendar and the members get a notification
- that email has a valid ical data
- in thunderbird calendar no event ever shows up when syncing.
- when creating an event in thunderbird, it shows in my local copy, but not online. When i synchronize, the event disappears.
So the question is: what could be wrong??
Happy to see how to solve this and be able to share the calendar with the group i set up..
