I have to assign in-home visits to contracted nurses around the country. We need an application where we can upload patient contact information and attach a document to the contact information. The nurses need to login to see what visits need to be completed, assign themselves the patient, and have the documents and email information sent to them. Nurses can only have access to documents and patients within their assigned geographic service area. When the visits are completed the nurse should upload the completed forms to the patient and mark the work as completed. Our project coordinator needs to quickly access reports to tell her who has assigned themselves a patient including date and time. Each visit has its own time completion requirements, so reporting should also show everything pending, overdue, and completed based upon the individual patient requirement. Data security must be HIPAA compliant.
