Help for working with Rest API and Powershell using Creator

Hi i want to start out with that i am new to Zoho Products. and have been using Power Automate and many years work with PowerShell. I am trying to figure out what the approach is to create an app that can do lookup from API calls and maybe trigger a PowerShell script somehow. For helping me out i am searching for Webinars, articles or documentation how to get close to this task solved.

What i need in my demo app

Create a drop-down or datagrid that can fetch Rest API data from Microsoft Graph to so an example is to get users from Azure or do a lookup to make sure a user exist.
Select one user from such list
Trigger a PowerShell Script.

i have been able to manipulate Creator reports and Analytics data with API Access. and i know i could an import from a backend server data into a report in creator and update it from intervals. but don't see this is the correct way of doing it. that is also why i search for someone to help me in the correct direction.

I also tried to look into, if it was Zoho Flow i needed to use as this is how you do it from PowerAutomate. but could not find any connector for contacting a Rest API.
