New user here. I've tried my best to find an answer to no avail.
I have six users within a Zoho One account. One main/admin account and five location accounts. I have five hosted URL's each with a unique embed of a SalesIQ chat widget. Each of these chat widgets is associated with one of the five user accounts mentioned above. So location_one.com has a specific chat widget, location_two.com has a specific widget etc.
1. I need the Main/Admin account to see and access all chat sessions, while limiting each location account to only see and access chats initiated via "their URL". For instance a chat is initiated at location_one.com. Only the Main/Admin account and the Location One account have access to that session.
2. Secondly I need each chat session to automatically create a lead within the CRM module so that the permissions duplicate the above functionality. Using the example above. When a chat is initiated a lead is created in the CRM module so that only the Main/Admin account and Location One account have access to that lead.
It's worth noting that I've achieved the above permission structure within CRM using webforms and Role definitions within the CRM Setup Users & Control settings, however, I can not get the same results when using the SalesIQ chat widget.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
