How Do I Add My YubiKey?

I got a new Yubi Key and want to use it with my PC. I went into Zoho, disabled MFA and then re-enabled it. No option to add a Yubi Key. Please advise. I am an individual and have 2 PCs, an iPad, an iPod, a Pixel 3XL phone, and an Amazon Fire Tablet. Have both YubiKey 5C NFC and YubiKey 5Ci. Thanks!
