How do I customize the name of a PDF sent to me with each form submission?

How do I customize the name of a PDF sent to me with each form submission?

Hello,

So I currently have PDFs sent to me for each form submission that I get through ZOHO.  The form defaults to the title "joinus.pdf" which I assume is associated with the title of the form I created.  Is there any way to customize the title of the form that is sent with the form submissions to reflect data that is entered.  For example I want to forms to be saved in a format that includes the name of the submitter and the date submitted.  Is that something that is possible?
