How to bill for multiple timed projects at a fixed cost?

I have several projects for a client that are set up in the time sheets section. I would like to bill for all of these projects at once. This does not show up when I go to create an invoice:

The link "include unbilled projects" just below the item table.

How would I bill for these projects at one time?
