I need a bot that fills one custom field
When the visitor opens a new chat, a ticket 1111 (for example) is created at my Zoho Desk.
Well, after that, the chat opened pops with my bot. I want the bot to ask "Hello, what brings you here today?" and offer the following options of answers:
"Bug", "Sugestion","Question". After the visitor selects one of the options, one human agent picks the chat and continue it. The deal here is that I want the field "Type" at ticket 1111 at my Ticket module (in zoho desk) to be filled with the answer the visitor gave ("Bug", "Sugestion", "Question").
