The following improvements would help greatly in working with Client(Portal users) in Zoho learn.

1. Have portal users enter their first in last name when excepting the invite instead of using the first part of their email as their username. It is hard to tell who people are, also often times they do not use their name in their work email.

2. Being able to unlock specific assignment by portal users. Some of the lessons do not apply to all of my learns. It would be nice I could unlock the next lessons without them having to put in an answer.

3. Portal user management. The ability to send a password reset would be amazing. Their have been a few instances where I have to reset someones account and send them a new invite because they get locked out.

4. The ability to grade assignments from the report>User window. Currently I can see what they have done, but being able to click in the assignment and grade their work would be ideal.

5. A portal user license count. I have had several instance of running out of licenses all of a sudden.

6. Being able to remove old portal users without losing their review/ratings.

7. Live chat, I know the portal users can open a chat to me. It would be nice if I could open a chat to the user.
