Impossible to share notes with another Zoho user

Hi.

I'm trying to share a note with my wife (another Zoho user), but after entering the email address, setting "Access level" and pressing "Share" button, I get an error message.

Error showed

The email address is the only one in the account of my wife. My wife can access her notes without problem. I have tried this in Web and in Android app and the error is similar. And this happens with all notes I have tried. My wife has tried to share a note with me and is facing the same error.

Is it necessary to enable something previous to share notes?

Can you give me a solution?
