I have a question regarding the SMS messaging capabilities within Zoho CRM. Specifically, I am looking for the ability to:
1. Send transactional SMS messages, such as those triggered by workflows.
2. Facilitate one-on-one SMS communication with potential customers.
From my understanding, using SMS for Zoho CRM by Zoho Voice seems to only support 1-on-1 SMS messaging, whereas a full Zoho Voice account might allow for both transactional and 1-on-1 SMS functionality.
Could you confirm if my assumptions are correct? If they are, what would be the best option for my company, considering that we do not require standard voice capabilities? Would Twilio be a viable alternative, and if so, would the integration enable both transactional and 1-on-1 SMS messaging?
